Eligibility

The Terry Vehrs Real Estate Summer Market Bag Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

 

Entry Period

The contest begins May 2, 2026 and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST.  All entries must be submitted during this time period to be eligible. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Post the photo on Instagram.

Participants may enter through Facebook by completing the following steps:

Participants must have a public social media account at the time of entry and winner selection so that submissions can be verified.

 

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $500 prepaid Visa gift card.  The card may be used at the Edmonds Farmers Market or anywhere Visa is accepted.  The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.

 

Winner Selection

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified via Instagram or Facebook direct message and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize.

If the selected winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

The winner may also be announced on Terry Vehrs Real Estate social media pages.

 

Photo Use Permission

By entering the contest, participants grant Terry Vehrs Real Estate permission to repost, share, and use submitted photos for marketing and promotional purposes.

 

Release of Liability

By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Terry Vehrs Real Estate from any liability arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance and use of the prize.
